Natto is fermented soybeans, which ususally eat with rice. Due to its appearance, taste, and smell, it is not something that please everyone. However, it is no doubt there are big fans of Natto like me all over the world! Today, for these foodies, I want to introduce the Natto-Buffet in Tokyo!

It is the only restaurant which provides Natto All-you-can-eat menu in Tokyo.

You can enjoy eight different kinds of Natto: Kokusan-Otsubu (Domestic large grain), Kokusan-Kotsubu (Domestic small grain), Kokusan-Hikiwari-Natto (Domestic Hikiwati grain, which made from soybeans that are crushed before the fermentation process begins), Edamame-Natto (Peas), Goma-Natto (Sesame), Wakame-Natto (Seaweed), Hijiki-Natto (Seaweed), Kibi-Natto (Millet)

You can also purchase Natto sweets such as Natto Donut, Amanatto (Japanese traditional confectionery made of adzuki or other beans, covered with refined sugar after simmering with sugar syrup)
