Did you know? Cheese Cake has 1200 years of history!

Cheese cake history “Cheese cake Revolution”
Cheese cake is loved by Japanese people, and there are so numerous cake shops. But why Pablo got huge popularity in Japan and around the world? One day, the owner visited a steak restaurant and gained the idea of making producing a cheese cake that can be served with different textures, just cake a piece of steak? “To create a cheesecake that has never been seen before.” He spent a couple years to successfully create “Fresh Baked Cheese Tart” with strictly regulated baking methods and oven temperatures. He made a cheese cake revolution with a unique texture and exclusive taste.

My experiences
Today, I visited the first-ever PABLO Cheese Tart Café in Singapore. I ordered fresh baked cheese tart and café rate set. The moment I put it in your mouth it melts and a fluffy texture was unveiled. I ordered a set meal consisting of a slice of cake and cafe latte for a price of $12.50 SGD I found it so reasonable! The Latte was amazingly delicious and the cake really went well with it! Right now, there is also a special cake, the Okinawa Beni Imo Cheese Tart which I did not get to try but would highly recommend it if you are a fan of sweet potato.
